Transitioning from the lucrative hotel management to the thriving realm of real estate brokerage, each step has woven into her narrative of success. Graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration in 2003 from the prestigious University of the Philippines at Diliman, her academic prowess was evident early on, marked by achievements such as being a class valedictorian and recipient of esteemed awards like the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award at Holy Cross College in Nueva Ecija.
Her professional journey took flight with roles in Heritage Hotel Manila and Holiday Inn Atrium in Singapore, where she excelled as a reservations agent and later as a top performer in sales. Subsequently, her tenure as a Senior Reservation Sales Agent at New World Hotel further honed her skills in customer relations and salesmanship. She became Top 1 Seller and Property Specialist of the Year and received the most coveted award as President’s Circle Awardee for 2013 for booking Php 40M sales. This foundation laid the groundwork for her seamless transition into the real estate industry in 2014, where she started as a Senior Property Specialist at Avida Land Corp. She embarked on her professional journey after graduating with a degree in BS Computer Science from the Philippine Christian University in 1999. She kicked off her career as a Y2K Specialist at Smart Communication, Inc., where her technical acumen and problem-solving skills were quickly recognized, leading to roles as a Systems Developer and later as a Systems Administrator at Asia Brewery. In 2007, she transitioned to Accenture-Philippines, where she honed her skills as an Analyst Programmer.
Driven by her passion for real estate, she made a career pivot in 2009, joining DMCI Homes as an In-house Property Consultant. She’s not just a real estate enthusiast; she’s a maestro in the field.
She isn’t just educated; she’s a well-versed virtuoso with impressive licenses – Civil Service Eligibility Examination (2003), Professional Teachers Examination (2005), Real Estate Brokers Examination (2008), and Real Estate Appraisers Examination (2013).

We have the honor of welcoming a true inspiration. She is a woman who has defied the odds, pushed past adversities, and emerged as one of the shining examples of what it means to be a Lady of Success.
Born into humble a beginnings, she had no idea of what path to take ahead of her. However, because of persistence and strong sense of determination, she set out to create her own destiny. Armed with ambition and a relentless drive to succeed, she forged ahead.
She earned her bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2008 and worked as a Property Specialist in a reputable developer company right after her graduation. She consistently met her sales targets in that field. She ventured into the entertainment business, showcasing her talent as a Theatre Performer and honing her marketing skills as a Marketing Associate.
Despite the pandemic’s adverse effects, she turned things around. She chose to pursue a degree in BS REM at the Lyceum of Alabang, where she obtained multiple awards even before graduation. She also became a Junior Real Estate Service Professional Ambassador. And if that weren’t impressive enough, she successfully passed the real estate appraisers licensure exam, ranking 8th, and the licensure examination for brokers ranking 10th, proving her unwavering commitment to excellence. With her remarkable achievements, her review center, TD Real Properties, Now, ALPHA Real Estate Review Center saw her full potential, hiring her as one of their esteemed lecturer. Glaisa is also currently pursuing a post graduate degree in Real Estate Degree in Philippine Christian University.
