His academic journey began at Don Bosco Technical Institute in Makati, where he specialized in Computer Technology. He continued to build a strong technical foundation by earning a Bachelor of Science in Electronics & Communications Engineering from De La Salle University-Manila, becoming a PRC Licensed Electronics Engineer in 2013. His pursuit of knowledge didn’t stop there; he is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management with a major in Environmental Planning at Philippine Christian University. Recognizing his growing passion for real estate, he further enhanced his expertise by obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Management from Lyceum of Alabang. His dedication to excellence was evident when he ranked in the Top 3 as a PRC Licensed Real Estate Appraiser in 2022 and secured the Top 1 spot as a PRC Licensed Real Estate Broker in 2023.
His real estate career began in 2012 as a Sales Consultant at Filinvest Land, where his impressive sales performance quickly set him apart. By 2015, he had risen to the role of Sales Manager, where he led his team to consistently achieve significant milestones, including being named the Top 2 Sales Manager Nationwide in 2016. His leadership skills continued to shine as he advanced to Sales Director in 2019, managing 30 Sales Consultants and securing top sales rankings in Rizal. In 2021, his expertise led to a role as Regional Sales Director at Robinsons Homes, before returning to Filinvest Land as Territory Sales Head for Rizal. In this position, he managed the growth and performance of the entire territory, achieving remarkable sales figures of 690M in 2022 and 522M in 2023, solidifying his reputation as an industry leader.
Beyond his leadership roles, he has been sharing his knowledge as a review coach since July 2023, mentoring aspiring real estate professionals. His versatility and technical prowess, coupled with his fluency in English and Filipino and his interests in website design and digital marketing, make him a standout figure in the real estate field.
