Graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration in 2003 from the prestigious University of the Philippines at Diliman, her academic prowess was evident early on, marked by achievements such as being a class valedictorian and recipient of esteemed awards like the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award at Holy Cross College in Nueva Ecija.
Her professional journey took flight with roles in Heritage Hotel Manila and Holiday Inn Atrium in Singapore, where she excelled as a reservations agent and later as a top performer in sales. Subsequently, her tenure as a Senior Reservation Sales Agent at New World Hotel further honed her skills in customer relations and salesmanship. She became Top 1 Seller and Property Specialist of the Year and received the most coveted award as President’s Circle Awardee for 2013 for booking Php 40M sales. This foundation laid the groundwork for her seamless transition into the real estate industry in 2014, where she started as a Senior Property Specialist at Avida Land Corp. This landed her in the international real estate market in Dubai, UAE in 2015. She was awarded Top 2 Property Specialist and Top 1 Seller for Office Space Projects.
Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a passion for excellence, she obtained her real estate broker license in 2015 and solidified her commitment to the profession by becoming a member of the Real Estate Broker Association of the Philippines (REBAP) – Bonifacio Global City. Her affiliation with prominent project developers, such as Ayala Land Premier, Avida, Alveo, DMCI, SMDC, Camella Homes, Megaworld, Robinsons Land, and Federal Land underscores her standing as a respected broker in the industry.
Aside from these, she is also engaged as a part-time English tutor in Engoo since 2022, and a franchisee of Sumo Takoyaki Food at Robinsons Townville in Cabanatuan City since 2020.
