He is a former Director IV of the Department of Human Settlements & Urban Development and Assistant Vice-President for Land Acquisition & Solutions of Aboitiz Renewables, Inc.
He is a licensed real estate broker, a licensed real estate appraiser, a licensed real estate consultant, an Attorney-at-Law and a Notary Public.
He is also teaching real estate management in iAcademy, Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Manila, Philippine Christian University and Adamson University.
He is consultant to several real estate developers with projects in Rizal, Boracay, Palawan, Manila Entertainment City, as well as Chinese and Japanese contractors and brokerage firms.
