Graduated with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration in 2003 from the prestigious University of the Philippines at Diliman, her academic prowess was evident early on, marked by achievements such as being a class valedictorian and recipient of esteemed awards like the Gerry Roxas Leadership Award at Holy Cross College in Nueva Ecija.
Her professional journey took flight with roles in Heritage Hotel Manila and Holiday Inn Atrium in Singapore, where she excelled as a reservations agent and later as a top performer in sales. Subsequently, her tenure as a Senior Reservation Sales Agent at New World Hotel further honed her skills in customer relations and salesmanship. She became Top 1 Seller and Property Specialist of the Year and received the most coveted award as President’s Circle Awardee for 2013 for booking Php 40M sales. This foundation laid the groundwork for her seamless transition into the real estate industry in 2014, where she started as a Senior Property Specialist at Avida Land Corp. This landed her in the international real estate market in Dubai, UAE in 2015. She was awarded Top 2 Property Specialist and Top 1 Seller for Office Space Projects.
Driven by a thirst for knowledge and a passion for excellence, she obtained her real estate broker license in 2015 and solidified her commitment to the profession by becoming a member of the Real Estate Broker Association of the Philippines (REBAP) – Bonifacio Global City. She embarked on her professional journey after graduating with a degree in BS Computer Science from the Philippine Christian University in 1999. She kicked off her career as a Y2K Specialist at Smart Communication, Inc., where her technical acumen and problem-solving skills were quickly recognized, leading to roles as a Systems Developer and later as a Systems Administrator at Asia Brewery. In 2007, she transitioned to Accenture-Philippines, where she honed her skills as an Analyst Programmer.
Driven by her passion for real estate, she made a career pivot in 2009, joining DMCI Homes as an In-house Property Consultant. It was here that she discovered her true calling, excelling in sales and forging lasting relationships with clients. She’s not just a real estate enthusiast; she’s a maestro in the field.

REBAP Global City celebrated its 23rd anniversary with great fervor and joy on March 24th at Tagaytay Highlands, as families and members gathered for a day filled with festivities and sportsmanship. The event was a testament to the unity and camaraderie within the REBAP community.
The anniversary celebration was made possible with the generous support of various sponsors, whose contributions were integral to the success of the event.
