The Real Estate Brokers Association of the Philippines (REBAP) Global City Chapter recently held its last quarter planning session on September 22, 2023, at the prestigious Diamond Hotel located along Roxas Boulevard in Manila. Born on October 3, he began his journey in an entirely different field, earning a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Family Clinic Colleges in 2001. His career trajectory took a surprising turn when he passed the Real Estate Broker board exam in May 2009, setting the stage for a successful career in real estate.

 

He is renowned for his dynamic sales and client management skills. He possesses the ability to identify and overcome customer decision barriers, securing sales of residential and commercial properties. With a competitive and goal-oriented approach, he has consistently excelled in the industry.

 

He started as a marketing manager in February2005 at Asia Pacific Marketing Corporation. His achievements include being a Sales Manager at SM Development Corp. (November 2009-2010), co-owning Nuevo Lifestyle Realty Company (September 2008-October 2009), and receiving recognition from Business Inquirer as a Successful Broker in June 2022. He has also been a top performer at SM Development Corp and Avida Land, earning a certificate of appreciation from Ayala Land Premier for his outstanding sales production and dedication.

She holds a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management from The Lyceum of the Philippines-Manila. Her passion for the real estate industry led her to seek specialized training, equipping her with the skills needed to excel in this dynamic field.

 

What sets her apart is her unwavering commitment to professionalism. Since 1993, she has continuously expanded her knowledge by attending seminars and staying at the forefront of industry trends. Her journey began as a Unit Manager at Fil-Estate Realty in 1995, where she laid the foundation for her career.

 

With a DTI license, she joined Sta. Lucia Realty in 1999 and is still active in the company today. Her accreditation as a licensed broker at DMCI in 2000 marked another milestone, solidifying her reputation in the industry. She also contributed to Community Innovations for Ayala Triangle from 2005 to 2006.

 

Her portfolio includes working with well-known developers such as DMCI, Alveoland Corporation, SMDC, Filigree of Filinvest Land Corp, Robinsons Land, and Megaworld/Empire East. Her enduring relationships with these organizations are a testament to her expertise and professionalism.
