Our distinguished broker for December is CRB Vanessa Bustamante Manlangit, a licensed real estate broker and appraiser with a robust academic background. She commenced her educational journey with a BS in Psychology from Far Eastern University in 2006, followed by a BS in Real Estate Management at Trinity University of Asia in 2021.
Vanessa’s professional journey began as a Marketing Executive at Adlib Productions Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) from 2008 to 2009. During her tenure, she made significant contributions to the marketing efforts of a Japanese publishing company. Notably, she promoted Nanyo Elite Lifestyle magazine and Aré Koré, a Singapore guide focusing on hotels, restaurants, and travel across the Asia Pacific.
Subsequently, she ventured into property investment management at Alveo Land Corporation from 2014 to 2017, where she played a pivotal role in boosting sales through effective marketing and sales strategies. From 2018 to 2020, Vanessa served as a property investment consultant at Ayala Land Sales Inc. Following her departure from Ayala Land in 2020, she has been now an independent broker.
