A closing remark message delivered by the Chapter VP Finance during the 2nd Chapter General Membership Meeting held on February 18, 2020 at Megaworld Show Room, Uptown Bonifacio Information Center, BGC, Taguig City.
We are almost done with our 2nd General Membership Meeting but first of all I would like to thank everyone who are present in this event today and seeing likewise new faces makes our chapter very happy. Once again, welcome to REBAP Global City Chapter the most vibrant and dynamic chapter. We are grateful that you chose our chapter among all other chapters near your place to be your organisation. We assure you that the present officers as well as the past presidents will do our best to meet those expectations of yours to us. However in exchange for that, may we expect likewise that you will give your best part and contribute your honed skills or forte for the benefit of our members that will add greater value to our team. May we encourage every member to have his or her share in our organisation by supporting and physically participating in our upcoming 1st Quarter National General Membership Meeting this March 26, 2020. Grateful to the REBAP National Board for awarding to our chapter the solo hosting one of the major events of REBAP. According to our topic speaker, “as a team, we have to collaborate” so let us collaborate our talents and skills for the success of our 1st NGMM. I hope you have enjoyed the meeting and learned something new from our resource speaker Ms. Melody Llona, let us change our mindset and enhance our knowledge as a real estate practitioner. A free and invaluable seminars and direct connections, aside from presentation/ product knowledge orientation coming from different Real Estate Developers and banking Institutions, are some of the benefits that the chapter can give you as member of our team. Thank you to my fellow officers for the collaboration, hardwork, and dedication in order to achieve our common goal to be better than the best. To our Chapter President CRB Isidro Montalban, Jr for his passionate leadership to align and mindset our team and inculcating at the same time the wordings and deep meaning of REBAP CREDO in us. Moreso with Chapter Past President (2015 – 2016) and Ex National Secretary General CRB Norie G. Datar, our program director for this month, who always ready to give her generous support and leading our team to great direction. Lastly, to our Major Sponsor Megaworld Corporation represented by Mr. Ivan A. de la Luna, BPI Family Saving Bank Home Loan, and Union Bank. Once again, thank you all CRBs and guests and to the new members, we are looking forward to seeing you all in our next general membership meeting which is going to happen on March 3, 2020 Tuesday at Arthaland Corporation. Let us work together as one. As a licensed real estate broker, let us continue to honour God by servicing our client with honesty and integrity.
