She holds a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management from The Lyceum of the Philippines-Manila. Her passion for the real estate industry led her to seek specialized training, equipping her with the skills needed to excel in this dynamic field.
What sets her apart is her unwavering commitment to professionalism. Since 1993, she has continuously expanded her knowledge by attending seminars and staying at the forefront of industry trends. Her journey began as a Unit Manager at Fil-Estate Realty in 1995, where she laid the foundation for her career.
With a DTI license, she joined Sta. Lucia Realty in 1999 and is still active in the company today. Her accreditation as a licensed broker at DMCI in 2000 marked another milestone, solidifying her reputation in the industry. She also contributed to Community Innovations for Ayala Triangle from 2005 to 2006.
Her portfolio includes working with well-known developers such as DMCI, Alveoland Corporation, SMDC, Filigree of Filinvest Land Corp, Robinsons Land, and Megaworld/Empire East. Her enduring relationships with these organizations are a testament to her expertise and professionalism.
In 2017, she took a bold step, transitioning into a freelance broker. With the knowledge and skills gained from her work with leading developers, she expanded her network, connecting with clients and industry peers.

August symbolizes a month of relaxation and joy, thus this month’s featured broker is a picture of time, well-being, and positivity.
She is a BS Chemical Engineering graduate in the Technological Institute of the Philippines in 1998. A person of almost perfection as required in her profession, she began as a Process Engineer at FENICS, Inc. in 1998 and became a company representative for Radiation Risk Management.
From 2001 to 2003, she served as a Project Manager at Promo Dimension, Inc., an exclusive marketing arm of Pepsi and Procter & Gamble Philippines. During this time, she oversaw promotional projects and marketing campaigns for these well-known brands, gaining valuable experience in the field.
After that, she transitioned to the real estate industry. Starting from March 2004, she worked as a Real Estate Sales Manager at Empire East Landholdings Inc. and Megaworld Central Properties Inc., where she managed and led a team of real estate sales professionals.
Persistently, she acquired her Real Estate Broker license in May 2011 which allowed her to become affiliated with prominent companies, such as Megaworld, Ayala Group, and Robinsons Land Corporation. For over 12 years, she has gained extensive experience in property sales and rentals, building a strong reputation in the industry.
She is also into multitasking, as a Financial Advisor at PRULIFE, UK from 2017 to present. Thus, she became a Prulife UK National Achiever of 2018-2019.
Throughout her career, she has demonstrated exceptional skills in project management, marketing, real estate sales, and financial advising, thus awarded as Best Sales Manager.

July is about the rain with varying intensity from a drizzle to a heavy downpour that cleanses the surroundings. As such, this month’s featured broker is like a water lily born in this month, characterized by passion and also like a downpour with the courage to pursue what she likes to reach.
Softly, like a drizzle, she started in communication production that handled corporate events, press releases, advertising materials, and customer concerns as an Account Executive at Herald Communications Corp. (1991-1996), Production Assistant at the renowned Saigon Philippines Company (2000-2001), Accounts Officer at Imagination Terra-Regis Inc. (2001), Account Executive in Monster Radio RX 93.1 (2001-2002), and Account Management Specialist at Globe Telecoms (2003-2011).
Suddenly, in December 2011, she entered the real estate industry as Assistant Manager of Alveo Land. Like the rain that turns into a downpour, she received numerous awards as Top Investment Property Consultant and Top Sales Manager.
Armed with passion, courage, and vitality, she becomes a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2015. She worked as a Regional Manager at Ayala Land International Sales Inc. for six months, closing a total of P146M worth of sales, and served as an International Executive Property Officer at SM Development Corp., where she sold P52M worth of properties in four months. She also traveled to the United States to sell P50M worth of properties over 80 days.
Throughout her multifarious career in sales, account management, customer service, event coordination, and production, she became an independent Real Estate Broker in 2019.

June is the month of beauty from sunlight to flowers, thus this month’s featured broker was born on June 29. Her animal sign is a goat characterized by reliability and creativity and her sun sign is a Cancer who is attentive and responsible.
She is a graduate of BS in Physical Therapy at St. Jude College in 1999 and Pulmonary Therapy at Emilio Aguinaldo College in 1995.
She started as a medical representative of BOIE Inc. from 2002 to 2004. With woodpecker, as her spirit sign, she explores building a career, first as a customer relations officer for car rentals at Nissan Car Lease Inc. from 2000 to 2001 and at Automak Car Rental in Kuwait from 2004 to 2006.
Being a Generation X, who grew up street-smart, she learned the rewards of real estate as Relocations Account Consultant with Santa Fe Moving and Relocation Co. from 2008 to 2011, a Condominium Leasing Officer for Colliers International, Philippines, and a Senior Leasing Specialist for Century Properties Group in 2015 to 2016. Driven in real estate, she attended seminars on the subject from October 2012 to January 2013, and in April 2013, she passed the Real Estate Broker Examination.
Now, she transitions from being a part-time employee of a brokerage firm that assists corporate clients with immigration and visa issues to a freelance real estate broker. Presently, she is with Santa Fe Moving and Relocation Company as Destination Service Manager.

May is the beginning of spring; the season of regrowth and flowers, thus our featured broker today for May was born on May 13. What a coincidence with this Taurus guy who is realistic, creative, and responsible.
He took his basic education at Don Bosco Technical Institute and earned his BS in Nursing from Centro Escolar University in 2011.
As a Taurian, characterizes by perseverance and stubbornness, he worked as a property specialist in one of the country’s leading real estate developers, the Avida Land Corporation in July 2011.
He symbolizes the practical Taurian, thus he took the Real Estate Broker examination for regrowth and successfully passed it on July 2015.
Equipped with practicality, he found his comfort zone when he felt that the job of a property specialist was closer to his heart. He focused on Makati and BGC and also sold projects in other areas, like Arca South, Pasay, Bulacan, Alabang, Manila, and Nuvali.
He left Avida Land Corporation in 2020 and become an independent real estate broker for multiple developers, that includes Megaworld, DMCI, Avida Land, SMDC, and Empire East. He also sold some leased-out properties in Makati, BGC, McKinley Hill, and Arca South. His efforts yielded good results because, in 2021, he was awarded as the Top 1 Independent Real Estate Broker of 2021 with Avida Land.

March and April are consecutive months, but April is no joke month because our featured broker today is a true Real Estate Broker. In fact, he is a March 31st man, an Aries, who is extremely persevering as a ram. Although he enjoys having fun, he still makes time for work since he views it as being crucial to his life.
He earned a BS in Computer Engineering from Holy Name University in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, in 1998.
He began his career as a Computer Engineer working at Acer Computer in Subic, the Philippines, for three years (1998-2001) as a Junior PCB Design Engineer. Then, he rose into a Senior PCB Design Engineer at Wistron Corporation for four years (2001–2005) in Taiwan, at Jabil Circuits for two and a half years (2006–2008), and at Cisco Systems for eleven years (2008 – 2019), all of which were based in Shanghai, China.
Symbolizing the traditional, aggressive ram, he was triggered by his work in SMDC, a real estate developer as an International Account Manager from 2020 to 2021. As a result, he obtained a second degree in 2022 from Trinity University of Asia in Quezon City as a Dean Lister in Real Estate Management and became a Real Estate Broker when he passed the PRC Examination in 2021. Just recently, on March 6, 2023, he is connected with Ayala Land Premier, as Property Specialist.
