CRB JOYCE L. MANZANO In the Real Estate field of project selling Joyce as Sr. Branch Manager of Avida Sales Corp is leading her team with the passion that empowers her team to think big, sets stretch goals, and pursues those goals with focus.
While managing and leading a sales team with Avida, she pushed herself for growth and aligned her dream by taking BS in Real Estate Management and dare to graduate on April 2018. She then eventually had a feather in her cap by passing the Real Estate board exam in the same year.
With her desire to share her knowledge and experience, Joyce is now imparting her time as a professional lecturer by joining the circle of Professors at the Lyceum of Alabang BS REM Department.
Joyce’s field exposure and hard-earned experience in real estate have catapulted her to become the Managing partner of Auterra Realty.
And to further connect with her fellow young, dynamic, vibrant, and passionate real estate brokers in the country, she opted to join REBAP Global City Chapter in 2019. In 2021, that’s 2 years after, she was elected by the members of the org as Chapter Auditor. Finally, with her commitment and dedication, she is now the incumbent Vice President for Internal Affairs for 2022 of REBAP GLOBAL CITY CHAPTER

“Everyday is a learning experience”. That is the favorite motto of our featured broker for this month. He considers the daily experiences and interactions as a s ocean knowledge that he uses to improve and grow further.
Edgar, as we all know, is a graduate of BS Electrical Engineering in 1993. He was employed as a Branch Manager for Nissan Dumaguete from 1993 – 2008 in Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental. In 2008, he decided to explore new challenges and went to Afghanistan as a Procurement Specialist for PAE – Lockheed Martin company who was then a contractor for the US Department of Defense. In Oct of 2010, he was offered employment with SODEXHO Afghanistan as a Warehouse Supervisor. In almost a year in the position, he was promoted as a Purchasing Manager for SODEXHO Tanzania in Dar Es Salaam , Tanzania. In almost two years of his employment, the oil industry suffered a big blow and things went bad. His contract ended and he went back to the Philippines and later got employed with different companies. In 2016, he decided to transition his profession to Real Estate. While working as a Salesperson, he enrolled with Lyceum of Alabang and graduated with a diploma in BS Real Estate Management in 2019. On that same year, he took the PRC Licensure Examination for the Real Estate Broker and passed. In August of the same year, he took the PRC Licensure Examination for Real Estate Appraiser and got the 4th place. Early part of this year, he was offered a part time job to be a college professor in BS REM for Lyceum of Alabang and is now a full pledge Real Estate Broker and a part time faculty. He is also currently serving as the PRO of REBAP Global City Chapter.

CRB Nestor Armena Jr. is the Managing Partner of the brokerage company Fort Hub Realty Corp. He has been selling real estate for over a decade.
He worked as a property specialist for an Ayala Land company for over 4 years before becoming a licensed broker in 2015.
He is also a fitness enthusiast who eats a pescatarian diet. He is self-motivated and devoted to his work.
He actively serves as the secretary general of REBAP GLOBAL City Chapter from 2020-2021.

Broker D, as her peers fondly call her, is a forward-thinking executive with a proven track record of accomplishments in Real Estate for over the past 10-years. She has shown herself to be the extremely driven and ambitious president of PHILREP Realty Corporation, who is dedicated to continuous business improvement, sustainable revenue growth, and streamlining business operations.
To those who know her, one of her hallmark traits is her outgoing and oftentimes boisterous nature. A veritable people person by nature, she naturally excels in working with and leading teams of like-minded individuals while keeping things very lively and engaging. Once she becomes set on achieving a goal, nearly nothing can detract her from her single-minded purpose. She uses her drive to inspire and encourage those around her to do the same.
She is no newcomer when it comes to being a leader at REBAP Global City chapter. She has previously served as VP for Internal Affairs in 2020, and currently serves as VP for MIS. In her current role, she has committed to using her more than 10 years of experience as an accomplished licensed Real Estate Broker, tech-savvy business executive for the benefit, growth and renewed prominence of her beloved chapter.
