He furthered his engineering studies at the Technological Institute of the Philippines, Manila (2012-2013). Driven by his passion for real estate, he pursued a BS in Real Estate Management at the Philippine Christian University (2021-2022).
His career showcases his versatility and dedication, starting as a Math and English instructor at Kumon (June 2006 – August 2007) and then becoming an ESL instructor at Monol International School for adult Korean students (January 2009 – December 2009). With an interest in the environment, he worked as a Technical Writer at the DENR Environmental Management Bureau (April 2013 – November 2014). He prepared instructional materials for the San Juan River Water Quality Management Project and conducted lectures on environmental compliance. He then served as a Junior Project Engineer at Summa Water Resources, Inc., Pasig City (November 2014 – April 2015).
His entrepreneurial spirit shone brightly during his tenure as co-owner and front-end operations manager at Quadro Camisa Co. (April 2015 – March 2020), where he supervised sales, digital marketing, and customer service. With a keen interest in real estate, he became a part-time freelance real estate salesperson in January 2020, providing comprehensive services, including marketing and aftersales support. His skills are as varied as his career, being proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and other Google Drive applications. His journalistic and web content writing skills, combined with his creative flair, make him adept in software tools like Cognito Forms, iPage Website Builder, and social media marketing on Facebook.

This dual academic foundation has equipped her with comprehensive and specialized skills for the real estate industry.
Her commitment to continuous learning is evident from her varied training. She has completed courses in Chatbot E-commerce Development & Marketing Automation and Mandarin Chinese Language and Culture, showcasing her adaptability and forward-thinking approach. Additionally, she holds essential real estate certifications, including a Certificate of Registration from the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB) and a license from the Philippines Professional Regulation Commission (PRC).
With extensive international experience in China and Bahrain as an Operations Manager, she is a beacon of resilience and innovation in the real estate industry. Her professional history reveals a robust career as a Property Consultant and Admin Sales Executive, providing her with a strong foundation in sales and client relations. From February 2018 to April 2020, she demonstrated her capability in managing large teams and complex projects as Branch Manager at Heritage Memorial Park. This experience propelled her to the roles of Sales Manager and Real Estate Broker at Federal Land Inc. from November 2018 to November 2020. Her entrepreneurial spirit shines through in her current role as CEO and Real Estate Broker at Philbest Properties Realty since March 2022.
